This process or journey you are about to embark on, if you decide to continue, is one you need not face alone. I will accompany you along the way.
What now?
I provide an initial 20 minute free consultation to help both of us gauge what the process of working together may look like and whether it feels right.

I provide sessions 50 minutes in-person in Central London and North London, online nationwide. I offer relationship therapy, sessions span 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
